Over the weekend I finally got round to watching The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus ,it was a visual feast that didn't disappoint. I tend to spend a lot of time looking at the sets as I follow the story and it got me thinking about my own decor and how I enjoy whimsical touches here and there. Like the film's decor recycling is at the top of my list, not to mention the thrill of the hunt.
It didn't come as much of a surprise why this print appealed to me and how much the film influenced my subconscious. The print was found on Etsy, from a collector of vintage books dating back to 1890 in some cases, the illustrations are of the same time period making for an authentic and unique presentation. I believe it comes unframed, but contact the seller for clarification and browse through their listings there are many more to choose from.
Even though this isn't a vintage chair I would count it as a great chair for years to come. This beautifully crafted bent wood chair in silver is not disposable it's something you'd want to treasure and admire. I'd definitely use this for dining or possibly a nursery, frankly I think this chair would work in many different rooms.
It comes in black and white and cost isn't really isn't too over the top for this over the top chair. Not to mention you'll feel like royalty in it and who doesn't want to feel like Queen for a day. The company is called Brocade Home they have the kind of furniture that would compete with a shoe purchase.
